上恩快满三岁时，我感觉到了她的成长和变化。她的表达越来越清楚了，情绪比以前稳定了，我可以和她讲道理了，她的感情也更丰富了。就在这段时间我开始看到她的悲伤和害怕情绪。
三岁生日那天给她买了她自己选的生日蛋糕造型的氢气球，她很喜欢，但是快到家门口时，她松开了系在胳膊上的绳子，结果眼看着气球飞走了。她很伤心地哭了。睡觉前我会跟她回顾一天之中感恩的事情，她想到了飞走的气球又伤心地哭了起来。看着她难过的样子，我也举足无措，不知怎么安慰她才好，只是告诉她下次生日或儿童节时再买一个，然后让她记住一定把气球系在胳膊上不要松开。
这是我第一次感受到她悲伤的情绪，不是歇斯底里的发脾气而是默默地流泪伤心。我很心疼，可是又不知该怎么处理。我不禁感慨：育儿道路上要学习的真的是太多了。
育儿是我们这群因为孩子而聚在一起的妈妈们的共同话题。我们聚在一起时会讨论孩子的吃喝拉撒，会谈论孩子的喜怒哀乐，会分享经验也会彼此鼓励。遇到不错的育儿书，我们更是会口口相传，推荐传阅。但很多时候一个话题还没聊完，就被孩子的事情打断，或是有时我们也不知道该如何处理。
育儿道路上我们需要不断学习不断提升。感恩我们身边有很多学习资源。因着这个共同的需求，我们与布拉格基督教图书馆合作，邀请馆长带领我们学习一个育儿课程。让我们在做父母的这些年里多一些经验，少走一些弯路，也通过学习和讨论共同成长。
从6月3日周一开始，我们的蓄水会开始组织为期6周的育儿课程。
课程名称
Parentalk Seminar –The Primary Years 父母说研讨会–最重要的那些年
课程内容
提供给父母一个讨论每日面临的挑战和所取得的成就的机会。课程分为6次，每周一次，每次讨论一个话题。6个话题分别为：
1. 不只我一个 （It’s Not Just Me)
2. 爱孩子并让孩子知道 (Love Them and Let Them Know)
3. 聊聊很好 (It’s Good to Talk)
4. 界限和战斗 (Boundaries and Battles)
5. 灵活地育儿 (Parenting with Elastic)
6. 创造归属感 (Creating a Sense of Belonging)
课程形式
观看一段视频，然后根据一些关键问题进行有针对性的讨论。
本课程主要语言为英语，观看的视频为英语，讨论时根据情况可使用中文。
课程时间
6月3日起每周一晚6：30-8：00（结束时间根据讨论时间灵活调整）

布拉格基督教图书馆:Baranova 32, Prague 3， 地铁绿线Flora站，电车站Olšanské náměstí
课程主讲人
主讲人是Laurie Barnes，她和丈夫Jim一起担任布拉格基督教图书馆馆长。他们已结婚26年，1997年带着18个月的女儿Elizabeth来到捷克居住。女儿现在已经结婚住在美国。Laurie的本科专业是圣经与神学，侧重辅导和人际关系研究。硕士专业是图书馆科学。

Starting from 3rdof June 2019, Chinese Mums’ group is organizing a prenting course called Parentalk seminar with Prague Christian Library. (6:30pm – 8:00pm for six Mondays) at Baranova 32, Praha 3
Parentalk is for parents of children aged up to the early teenage years, giving you the opportunity to talk about the day-to-day challenges you face, as well as sharing the things that are going well.
There are six sessions covering the following topics:
· It’s Not Just Me
· Love Them and Let Them Know
· It’s Good to Talk
· Boundaries and Battles
· Parenting with Elastic
· Creating a Sense of Belonging
The basic format of the seminar is to watch the video and then have focused discussion based on certain key questions.
The seminar will be lead by Laurie Barnes who along with her husband Jim, serve as directors of the Prague Christian Library. They have been married for 26 years and came to the Czech Republic in 1997 with their 18-month-old daughter, Elizabeth. She is now married and living in the United Sates. Laurie holds a Masters in Library Science and a Bachelors in Bible and Theology with a focus in Counseling and Interpersonal Studies.
